Terms & Conditions (Refer a Friend)

  1. The w’air Refer A Friend promotion (the Promotion) is being promoted by w’air Sustainable Clothing Care Limited whose registered office is at 64 New Cavendish Street, London, United Kingdom, W1G 8TB (w’air). Please read the following terms and conditions (the Terms) carefully. These Terms govern the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over. In these Terms we refer to such eligible people as you.  Referred friends (Friends) must buy a new w’air device.  This Promotion may only be redeemed online and is not valid if redeemed in any other manner.
  3. To participate in the Promotion as a referrer, you must be a UK customer who has a registered account with justwairit.com (our website) who has already purchased a w'air device from our website for delivery in the UK.
  4. Please check with your Friend before you refer them to ensure they are happy to hear from w’air. You cannot refer yourself.
  5. The Friend reward offer is only available to Friends who are UK customers and who purchase a w'air device using the bespoke referral link w’air sends you. Friends must not have had a registered account with w’air at any time prior to your referral. Friends must use the w'air referral link they received from you when purchasing a w'air device from our website.  If they click on any other websites or advertising in between, w’air may not be able to track their sale or pay their reward.
  6. Every Friend that you successfully refer will receive a one-time 15% product discount to be used against their purchase of one w’air device using the referral link you send them.
  7. For every Friend you refer who purchases a w’air device, you will receive a £10 voucher (the w'air Voucher) for exclusive use in the w'air online shop (justwairit.com/shop).
  8. w’air Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Only one voucher per transaction. Full voucher amount must be used. No change will be given.  Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and can only be redeemed against items sold in the w'air online shop. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any applicable postage or packaging costs.
  9. Once issued, a referral link can be shared by you with an unlimited number of Friends. If a referral link is successfully used 10 (ten) or more times by 10 or more Friends to purchase a w'air device via our website, you will be entitled to a 'special thank you'.
  10. Currently, this 'special thank you' takes the form of a £100 Selfridges voucher (the Special Thank You Voucher).  
  11. w’air reserves the right to change the value or nature of the Special Thank You Voucher at any time. Any changes will be noted in these Terms.
  12. The Special Thank You Voucher will be issued to you 61 days following the 10th successful use of your referral link provided that none of your Friend’s w’air devices were returned for a refund within the 60-day money back guarantee period. It will be issued electronically to your registered email address and is subject to the issuer’s own terms & conditions of use.  Selfridges’ terms & conditions can be viewed here. 
  13. Personal data of you and your Friends will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. w’air will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.   14. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the Promotion, w’air reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion and/or amend these Terms.
  15. w’air reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Terms at any time for any reason with immediate effect via www.justwairit.com without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms, you shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  16. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, discount or promotional code. All vouchers issued as part of the Promotion are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  17. The Promotion is subject to availability. w’air reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with another promotion of similar value in the event that the Promotion is not available due to circumstances beyond w’air’s reasonable control.
  18. Insofar as is permitted by law, w’air, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate any person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of w’air, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
  19. The Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
